HEALTHY DIETS.
BREAKFEAST orange juice yogurt oatmeal scrambled or boiled egg
LUNCH peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread vegetable juice fruits/veggies
DINNER steamed beans or asparagus brown rice steak baked patatoes
SNACKS salad fruits vegetables white pita chips air popped pop corn
chewing breaks the food into smaller particles and mixes it with saliva.Thorough digestion is key to the absorption of nutireints and good health!
When we are stresses we tend to eat much less. Avoid serious discussions or worrying during meals.

Stop eating when you feel full. Eating just enough to satisfy your hunger will help you remain alert, relaxed and feeling your best!
Start your day with a healthy breakfeast. Also, eating six small, healthy meals throughout the day, rather than the standard three large meals, can help keep your metabolism going and ward off snack attacks.
