Where i was born and raised , Ive been told in America you have the choise of what you want to be. Its the land of the free and home of the brave. Where all opportunities arise from the grave.
But here you see them get dispatched from place to place . Where i was born and raised , it didnt matter what clothes were 'in' as long as you have something to protect your skin.
They never doubted I'll forget my ways.
As I look back I am not ashamed, I claim Philippines to be part of my inspiration, where I came from will help me reach my destination
Like my grandma use to say 'Hindi ka uunland, kung hindi mo alam and pinanggalinang mo', will always stay in mind
