Grilled Fish and Tartare Sauce

Recipe TREVALLA 400g Trevalla 1/2 cup Oil Pinch of Salt and Pepper Dash of Lemon - Brush Trevalla with oil, salt and pepper. - Grill until golden brown. TARTARE SAUCE 200ml Mayonaise 3 tbsp gherkins, drained and chopped 1 small shallot, finely chopped Squeeze of lemon juice 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Flaked sea salt Freshly ground black pepper - Mix ingredients in a small bowl. - Store in the fridge until needed.
