summery... A kid named Philip gets kiked out of class for trying to get on Mrs. Narwin. He tells his dads friend that he was kicked out for singing the 'National Anthem' he tells a reporter and alot of chaos happens Mrs. Narwin gets lots of mail and gets upset she moves to florida with her sister. Philip was mad cause no one liked him anymore so he goes to a new school.
