Zheng He went on 7 naval expeditions for the Ming Dynasty. The purpose of the trips were to discover new lands and create trade routes. poster yourself
Zheng He was a Chinese Mariner who lived from1371 to 1433 during the Ming Dynasty.
The journeys of Zheng He were successful becuase they found trade routes throughout the Indian Ocean. It is also possible that they rounded the Horn of Africa.
Sadly, China turned to an isolation policy, the voyages were ended and many of the accounts of the trips were burned.
