Paul lived in A.D 10- C. A.D. 67. He was born in an Asian city called Tarsus. His parents were Jewish they were roman citizens. When Paul was a teenager he was learning to be a rabbi. Paul grew to be a man of a strong belief in his Jewish Religion, Pharisean. Paul was born in the Benjamin Tribe of Isearal. Paul persecuted the Christians because of his strong beliefs. But before he was going to hurt the Christians who believe in Jesus On his way to Damascus he saw a light. This light blinded Paul for 3 days Saul heard a voice saying “Saul why are you persecuting me?”Saul said “who are you?” Jesus responds by saying “I am the lord!” Jesus told Saul to go to Damascus to Preach about God. After the conversation of the lord and Saul decided not to hurt Christians, and understood that Jesus was the Son of God. He decided to give his heart to God then he changed his mind and attitude. He changed his name from Saul to Paul. Paul’s role was to preach the word of god and to bring salvation to the people. Paul became a missionary. He told people about the good things Jesus has done for the people. Paul knew that God was with him.
