My Passion, Volleyball!
hey my name is amy and i loveeeeeee volleyball! im gonna give you guys a few of my tips! i hope they help!
okay first, is first.... ALWAYS be agressive and go for the ball, because 99,9 % of the time the ball WILL NOT come to you. when you perfect your bumps, start setting or spiking the ball if it comes over the net, even if your in the back row. when it comes over the net hit it like you would to your overhand serve, it should go back over more powerfully, and it will make you look more professional. also, here is something that the coaches might not tell you ( or know ) if you keep your shoulders parallel with the net it will go over STRAIT or in other words it will almost always go back over the net in the same place you hit it but farther away. ( it will go where you want it to ) so if you do that, all you have to do to make sure that it goes where you want it to, is CONTROL THE BALL! i hope that helps! if you wanna try it out and those tips and they end up working for you , please tell me in the comments section cause i would loveeee to know. thanks!
