Directions for the History DVD Project
Choose a movie based on a real life people or events in United States history. Watch the film and then you will write a review on the film you have seen. There are several requirements for the writing of this paper. They are: 1) Put the name of the movie, the length and the company that made the film on the first line 2) Name some of the stars; the director; producer and writers of the film 3) A paragraph (or more if you wish) of what the film was about. DO NOT copy the back of the DVD; Blue Ray or VHS tape. That will result in automatic failure. 4) A section on what in the film was historically accurate and what in the film was not historically accurate. 5) Provide a review of the film. Describe what you like and disliked about the film. Also talk about what could be changed. Talk about the cinematography; the musical choices; if the locations chosen were realistic to the time period depicted in the film or not. Do not use first or second person when reviewing the film.
