Success Criteria •I will be able to develop correct techniques for each athletic discipline. •I will be able to refine my skills I already know and practice new skills to improve my performance. •I will be able to participate on syndicate training days and on Athletics day •I will be able to apply effort to my training and performance on Athletics day •I will have a positive attitude towards participating and about my own athletic ability

Keeping a good pace as I ran up to the jump.
I had enough momentum to go far forwards.
Jumping up to get over the bar.
I looked up and lifted my arms up which made me go higher.
Getting tired fast.
I have not got good stamina or even breathing.
Pushing the ball as hard as I could.
I tried my hardest to make it go far and it did.
Perfecting the throw.
The discus always threw flat. It didn’t go far but I threw it pretty well.
