Workers rights include: Training on how to work safe and reconize hazards. Supervision so they dont work with unnecessary risk. Safety gear to do the job without getting hurt. Denial of work in unsafe situations with no discipline. The participaton in health and safety committees.
Don't injur yourself because of faulty training or unsafe work conditions!
Refuse to work in unsafe conditions I know i'm not working in this unsafe situation
Workers responsiblities include: Talk to a supervisor if you have any doubts. Tell supervisors if any mental or physical conditions. To use safety gear and clothing where required. Know how to handle unsafe chemicals and material. Follow safe work procedures and encourege others.
If you don't feal safe just say NO!
