The Cuban climate is mild and sub-topical with cool trade winds to provide relief from the heat and humidity. There is not much variation between day and night temperatures along the coast and average sea temperatures are 25C. Summer temperatures average around 27C with humidity at about 80 percent. Temperatures of about 20C are usual in winter.
