To my good friend Trace- Tracy I just want you to know that you will always have a place in my heart. I want you to know that I have never forgotten what happened that morning, but I will never look down on you. You are my friend still. I have seen how this has changed you and the way you live your life. I know what you did was wrong and that you have to pay the price, yes, but I will always be there for you and I will stick up for you through thick and thin. You will always be called my friend..! Yeah, he may have left and maybe that was wrong, but you do not know what you'd do in that situation. You don't know what he's going through. So don't justify this to make yourself feel better. Tracy is still as good a man as anyone, he just happened to make a mistake, one that he will live with forever. According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Tracy J. Driscoll, 24, Russell, was driving a pickup south on 184th Street when he lost control on a newly sanded blacktop road. The truck went into the ditch and rolled onto its top, and Driscoll, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected. Driscoll was taken to Hays Regional Medical Center. He was in stable condition at the hospital Monday, according to a spokeswoman. Driscoll's passenger, Rebecca J. Trible, 21, Manhattan, was killed. She was wearing a seat belt. To Rebecca and her family. You will be missed dearly. If anyone in this town could take that morning back I'm sure it would be done. There is nothing we can do however. Family of Rebecca I am so sorry for your loss, but we have to move on. You are all in my heart.! Forever...
