Gender and Alcohol: Does it Affect Them Differently?
People can be affected by alcohol differently depending on their gender. Women seem to experience more problems caused by alcohol. For example, women are more vulnerable than men to organ damage by alcohol. However, Men are more likely to be alcohol-dependent. Although problems are presented for both genders, women seem to be affected more than men.
