The Function : -The Muscular System allows you to have mobility, strength, heat production, shock absorption, shaping the body, maintaining posture, and respiration.
Besides the normal functions and procedures of the Muscular System, it also helps the digestive process by peristalsis to move the food through. It also pumps blood to the blood vessels to rasie blood pressure during the stress response.
The Muscular System
A sprain is an injury to a ligament(the tough, fibrous tissue that connects bones to other bone). These type of injuries are caused because of over stretching or a tearing of this tissue.
A strain is an injury to either a muscle or a tendon(the tissue that connects muscles to bones.) . Depending on the injury, a strain may be a simple overstretch of the muscle or tendon, or it can result in a partial or complete tear.
Best Ways to Take Care of your Muscular System is by doing lots of physical activitys and focus on your strength,stamina and strechability. Another thing that will help is if you go one a healthy diet which will have lots of protein and calcium .
