I can't keep away from you but I know I'll get hurt; things that happen between us, happen for a reason even though I don't understand any of it. You tease me like no other man can, but that's only because I don't like men like every other girl does. You frighten me just like every other guy does, it seems ridiculous but you haven't been through what I have. I let you have your fun but I get scared when you lead my hand. Last time, it was a bad memory that flashed in my head constantly like a news press outside of a politician's office. I don't want to burden you with my sensitivity or my damaged sense of security I can't seem to find in my own mind. That's what happens when you're with a schizophrenic. You're my heart, but I can't let you lead my hand. I have dreams, I have fears and I need to find myself once again. I can't stand to be away from you; lay with me, stay with me, care for me and die for me. The feeling is more than mutual and it is my kickstand to keep me from falling down again.
