Twins have an indescribable relationship, a unique connection is more like it. Twins are very comfortable with one another, having each other is all they need. For a single child, having a twin is like replacing their favourite teddy bear or there parents. They can do with each other.
Two individuals who are genetically the same, but whose differences are due to their environment is a great explanation of twins. The environmental influences play a huge role on the differences between twins. It is basically the only part in forming the characters of twins. The mothers attitude towards twins also plays a major role in the difference of twins. Also many of the people who come in contact with the twins are all direct influences, their behaviour towards the reaction is critical. The most important characteristic twins need is their identity. Being more individualized as twins is better for them, this will help the twins figure out who they really are.
Twins develop a strong bond towards each other as they grow up. Twins are very connected and know everything about each other. As twins grow up they start to separate, normally between the ages of 24 to 36 months, for instance, children start the separation and individualizing process. This divides the twins into different human beings. They start to become their own person, instead of following the other around and not knowing who they really are.
Twins are never alone, they always have someone to turn to. They don’t have to over come obstacles by themselves they always have someone with them to get them through.
