Twilight
PLOT: Im writting about my favourite book, Twilight, written by Stephanie Meyer which involves Bella Swan and Edward Cullen as principal characters. This novel is very famous Worldwide. The story is about a girl that goes to live with her father, and being at school she meets a very mysterious person with whom she fells in love although she suspects that he is a vampire. This story is unusual because it tells about a love relation between a vampire and a normal human being. This all happens during the course of a year. The story begins in a mysterious way, the events are developed by chapters. CHARACTERS: The main characters, as are Bella and Edward. I would describe Bella as an intelligent, shy and introverted girl. Edward has a mysterious, shy and sometimes rude personality. The author describes them in great detail for example : "the white skin of Bella." The characters which I liked most were: Edward's brothers and sisters because they had diverse powers, and the characters I didn't like were Bella's classmates because they were silly and although they lived there they never suspected that the Cullens were vampires. Tha characters that changed during the story are : Edward and Bella because at the beginning of the story they didn't know each other and then they fell in love with each other. This happened in Forks where her dad lived. COMENTS ON STYLE: The story is written in first person. The setting is described in great detail, for example: The city was a wet place, storms, rains and all that kind of things gave it like a touch of scary movie. MY OPINION OF THE BOOK: For me it was a good story because i love vampire stories. I would have liked to change the part of the story where Bella did not choose to be a vampire like Edward. I think the purpose of the writer was to tell a strange story or novel to entretain the readers. The book made me feel powerful because all that powers the characters had made me feel like in a dream were I was full of powers too. It made me think about the posibility that vampires could really exist. I think that it's important to say that the book is a very good novel. I would recommend this book becaouse it's a beautiful story that everybody like and enjoy reading.
