Religion: Everybody has some type of religion, or they believe in a higher in some kind of way, wheather its god or they are islamic, being religious helps people live they're day to day lives.
Relationships: Everyboday has some kind of relationship, it could be mother and child, husband and wife etc. There;s always love somewhere in some kind of home.
Smoking: Using tobacco or Marijuana or any kind of illegal substance can ease the mind but the again can destroy your body and may even cause death in the long run.
Weight Control: Some individuals are obsessed with their weight and maybe have issues maintaing their weight. Like they may have problems with gaining weight or loosing it or some people maybe insecure about their weight becuase of society.
Exercise: Should sometimes be a big part of some individual's lives. Exercising and staying healthy can benifit you in the long run if you're consitent.
Having a healthy heart is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
