Plot
Robbie and Willie go for a swim in the buff. Then they go to sleep on some rocks. While they are sleeping, Ned and Ted Weston take their clothes and throw them in the pond. Willie gets his but Robbie doesn't get there in time.Robbie has had enough of Ted Weston, so he tries to drown him but is stopped by Willie.
Robbie is on his way to testify for Zeb's trial after Zeb smashed a bottle on his head. Robbie is walking the ten miles to Tyler when he sees a motorcar. Elliot is in the back waving his arms. Robbie faints right on the spot. When he wakes up he gets to ride in a motor car for the first time.
Robbie and Willie take Mable Cramm's bloomers and put them on the flag pole in front of Town Hall while the rest of the town is at the graveyard decorating the graves.
Robbie learns that he needs to take responsibility for his actions. When doing so, he saves a man's life. If it weren't for Robbie testifying, Zeb would have been hanged.
