This is Gen. Nathanael Greene on the left, he is an American General who faught beside Gen. Horatio Gates side. Then among both of their sides was Gen. Johann Kalb, who is on the right, but Gen. Horatio Gates was the main General the battle of Camdan.

When the battle of Camdan started, the Americans had 1,500 regulars and 2,000 poorly trained milita men. The British had 2,000 regulars. In resaults of the battle the Amercans had about 1000 troops killed/wounded and about 1000 troops taken prisoner. The British only had 325 troops killed/wounded. Yet again the British troops were trained much more eficiantlly traind then the Americans.The British won the battle of Camdan and the Americans were banned from that side of the appalation mountains.
