Crime and Punishment- Fyodor Dostoevsky The peace is the desire of most of the people. One of the main causes of the violence is the social inaquality, fruit of the capitalist society. This exactly capitalism does not offer chances at all. Who does not have money use this as an excuse to commit crimes. In the book Crime and Punishment, Fyodor Dostoevsky illustrates this situation through the Raskonikoff personage who decides to fight against the capitalist system and make justice with his own hands, committing crimes against people who he judges to harm the society. The way that Raskonikoff takes is not the correct one. To fight the violence and the inaquality, depends on small attitudes of the human being, as the gentility and the respect to the differences of the people. The peace, before everything, must start inside of each one of us.
