nate made some tea for a party i held on Thursday. we had about a gallon left over, thus causing me to officially announcing my addiction to semi-sweet iced green tea. i am continuing "Godel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid." It is possibly one of the most amazing books i have ever read. from "strange loops" to formal systems to dialogues between Achilles and the Tortoise, Hofstadler is a clever, no, Brilliant writer. I also was given a pending date for surgery to remove the rather large ovarian cyst I've managed to procure: Monday at one p.m. Dr. Ghamande had me go through Pre-Op on Friday. I have to wear a chunky ID tag all weekend. Also: My article was published in VERGE. Check it out at www.vergelive.com; it should be up very soon.
