I breathe in the sun and breathe out the dusk, that last's but only a moment. The sun hides at the edge of the earth, emerging again to bathe us in the glow of the longest day. The day is night and the night is day. Our heads nod, but we do not slumber. Our eyes squint, but they do not close. The birds sing and the people smile. In the warmth of the eternal summer. Moment's pass, but time stays still for in heat and light the solstice comes and nothing matters but these moments. I breathe in the dusk and breathe out the sun. The sun emerges for eternal summer.
