Commentary: Time to Come Out of the Closet?
A survey done by the NEA and the Association of American Publishers reported that '''one of every six elementary and secondary school teachers [...] do not have enough books for every child in their class...'' 39% of city schools don't have enough books which results in discipline problems because kids have to share books!
