Walking Alone I’m walking here on the road, Without a friend to follow, Carrying my own load, My expression remaining hollow. Without someone to thank, Without someone to care for, Without someone to keep me from being blank, Without someone to help me in the war. I’m walking here alone, I’m walking here without you, I’m forced to hold my own, In anything I do. No one walking with me, No one helping me by, No one to help me see, No one to comfort when I cry. Walking along, A loner to be, Humming a lonely song, No one to see. The rain starts coming down, Tears from above hit my head, But I can’t frown, Because I am not dead.
