She heard the wind whisper her name, Alone and afraid, She waited for it to repeat itself. Memories of a past life, Echo in her mind. The words that left their mouths, Told a story she thought to be true. Confined and sealed in an envelope, Those words, sent to everyone. Even to be believed by her own friends.
What were her friends, Aren't now. She walks alone, As the leaves dance in the road. Whishes she could bring back time, just to change a little thing. The wind whispered her name again, This time a little louder. The wind swept her off her feet, And she fell to the ground.
Running. Running back to a place she once called home. The wind pushing her to the place she belongs. She can't stop now. Apologies run out of their mouths all at once. Words have stopped flowing, Everyone is happy.
