Died on October 24 and was placed in the Rotunda in the US Capital for 2 days so citizens could pay their respects

Worked with Martin Luther King Jr. on the Civil Rights protest. Arrested for not giving up her seat on a local bus to a white man.
Outlawed racial segregation on public transportation, Lived a fullfilled life, but didnt believe in complete happiness.
