Ancient Rome By: Paola Barnett
Ancient Roman art was at its peak in 750 BC to 410 AD. Art and achitecture was a form of worship to the Roman gods.
The Roman upperclass were really the ones that made all the big impact on the political front in Rome.
The commons were like the middle to low class citizens in Rome. They suffered the high taxes, and the stupid choices that the government made.
Slave's could buy their selfs out of slavery, and were used as entrtain ment for the romans..
Julius Caesar
Jelius was a big contributer to the change of the Roman Republic in becoming the Roman Empire.. He was the first Roman empierer. He was born into caotic times and campinded to rid himself of hos enimeys. He had thounsand of his opposers murdered.
Wine became very important in the Roman Culture.
All in all the roman empire was a really strong power at one point. Then the Romans lost their sence of moral and destroied themselfs little by little. Ancient Rome will always be looked apon, and hopefully we can learn from their mistakes and prevent them form bappening agian. Ofcourse that never happens....
