1. the first thing that famers do is they sell there pigs that they have brought up and fed to make them plup so that the butchers will buy the pigs and slaughter them in a slauther house..

2. after the pigs have been killed they take the insides out and sell them as seperate parts. They get the remainder of the pig and crush it in a special machine to make a sort on mince

3. once the pigs have been crushed they are sent to the butchers for them to make into what ever they choose. (or the slaughter house does it for them) and the mince is put in another machine to make the sausgees.

4. once the machine is turned on the mince is shapped in the machine and joined togehter. to make a row of sausages and are covered im cold salty water ready for packaging
