About The Artist
Kellie-Ann chose flowers as her topic for many reasons, but mostly because her mother suggested it one afternoon and after lots of consideration Kellie decided she'd try it out. After maybe a week she decided that flowers was a perfect subject and she created twelve peices of art to fit the subject. Kellie-Ann has her own rose garden which really inspires her to take more photos and really helped her decide on which subject to use for this project.
Kellie-Ann Barry is a twelve year old girl from Kitchener Ontario. She enjoys taking photos with her Canon A470. She loves music, she will listen to almost anything! Kellie also loves playing music, she plays piano and has been for almost five years. She looks forward to this summer, and all the photos that will come with it and she's glad she could end this year on a project which she loved doing!
As you may have noticed, there is a real flower in a vase. The vase is a real peice of art Kellie created but the flower is an addition. Why you may ask? Kellie decided that even though photos and paintings and such can show a flower, you can't really smell it or admire the true beauty. Hence why she brought in a real flower!
