Even though most of the stuff that was decided back in 1787 some stuff has changed. For instance back then a lot of the election stuff was influenced by slaves but now we have no problem with that.
SIMILARITES When the electoral college back then let every state vote and it also does so now too.
Today for the electoral college we have two votes, popular and electoral.
