This beautiful building was built in 1624 by the notorious king Loius XIII. It was expanded by our former, and thank god former King Loius XIV in 1669. It became a symbol for civilization. Own a buliding of luxury. There are too many fountains and sulptures to count! And don't forget about the view! The former king left in a hurry and most of the furniture is missing because of it being stolen, but bring your own! This is a steal. Franche and the new king need money. Use this to an advantage.
