EAT HEATHLY
Choose snacks from different food groups; - a glass of low-fat milk and a few graham crackers -an apple or celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins -some dry cereal
You need to have at least 5-12 servings per day of Grain Product
You need to have at lesat 2-4 servings per day of Milk Products
You should get 30 min. of daily exercise every day
Easy to prepare breakfasts include: -cold cereal with fruit and low-fat milk -whole-wheat toast with peanut butter -yogurt with fruit -whole-grain waffles -even last night's pizza.
Breakfast fills up your stomch.
Snacks are a great way to refuel.

You need to have at least 2-3 servings per day of meat and fish.
