The Cure is a rock band formed in Sussex, England as of the eighties. It is difficult to classify the group as a musical style defined as over his career the group has gone through different genres such as: new wave (derived from the rock genre), electronic, gothic and punk. Currently the band is classified as gothic rock.
THE CURE.
The current band members are Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Porl Thompson and Jason Cooper. Former members of the band are Lol Tolhurst, Michael Dempsey, Perry Bamonte, Roger O'Donnell, Matthieu Hartley, Phil Thornalley, Andy Anderson, Boris Williams.
