Here is what logos the website used, compared to what Barbara's book said.
So, what exactly is logos? Logos is when a company uses appeal based on logic.

WHAT THE BOOK SAYS! DISAGREEMENT: They don’t clean they simply make it appear clean. (see disagreement in ethos.) WHAT DOES THE WEBSITE SAY?? The Maids is a professional residential cleaning service you can trust, not only for housekeeping and home cleaning services, but also for carpet cleaning and window cleaning. WHAT DOES THE BOOK SAY?? AGREEMENT: The Maids have rules that thyey can’t steal from people or curse while in the house. So they are very proffessional. (p.93) WHAT DOES THE WEBSITE SAY?? We clean kitchen and bathroom floors on hands and knees – the surest way to know they are really clean - and use a grout brush to remove mold and mildew in the bathroom. WHAT DOES THE BOOK SAY?? DISAGREEMENT: The mold and mildew in the bathroom can be cleaned but they only will get the mold you can see not the germs and cells that you can’t. (p.75)
