Describe the challenges that are faced in measuing Public Opinion? Like Obama is facing public opinion threats. People don't like him because he is the first black President. Also he is inexperienced and is very young! So if someone spoke their opinion on Obama and it wasn't good lets say. Someone may listen to it join in and speak their opinion around the United States and try to have people follow them. Others may take it offensive and go against them and then we would have a civil war type of deal. People would be too worried about public opinions than trying to keep our country free.
