Indiana state laws say beating and abusing an animal is only considered a misdemeanor with a MAX penalty of one year in jail...
Too many people walk away with no charges at all.

if i found out who did that to those animals, i would kill'em. i HATE animal abuse!!!!!!! its like wtf did the poor animal do to you? god!
