It's all around us. The children crying in their beds, there parents still are not home. They will never be home, there has been a crash. The drunk survived, the sober died. It's all around us. The women are hiding there bruises their lover's so gladly gave to them when the came home from the bar.They will not make it another day, they kill their attacker. Go to jail even though it was self deffence. It's all around us. Broken girls, feeling dirty and unholy. They try to wash away the feeling of the rape. It will never go away, they will never be clean. The rapest gets away, free of charge.
It's all around us Parents mourning the loss of their child. They just read the suicide note, stained with blood, it's too late, the wrists are slit. Their child is dead. It's all around us Children can never go back. They have been molested over the internet. Even if the pervert is caught, you can't erase the internet. There is no erasing the pain. It's all around us Family members and friends gather and cry. Their loved one has been brutally murdered. The killer is caught but only gets 9 years. He is back out killing sooner then later.
It's all around us But we're all to blind to see. The drunks, the abusers, the rapest. The suicides, the child molestations, the murders. It is all around us Open your eyes and see.
