Anne Boleyn
1. Anne Boleyn was born in the early 1500s. 2. Her parents were Sir Thomas Boleyn and Elizabeth Howard. 3. She lived most of her childhood in France with her sister. 4. She was the second wife to Henry VIII. 5. She had one child, Elizabeth. 6. She would be the Queen of England for three years.
Anne Boleyn was arrested and put on trial for incest, treason, and adultery. She was found guilty and was executed on May 19, 1536.
Good Christian people, I am come hither to die, for according to the law, I am judged to die, and therefore I will speak nothing against it. I am come hither to accuse no man, nor to speak anything of that, wherof I am accused and condemned to die, but I pray god save the king…and I heartily desire you all to pray for me. O lord have mercy on me, to God I commend my soul.
