. . bad dreams become caught in the web and are perished by morning light.
Dreamcatchers is an old indian tradition. that has it origin in the Ojibwa Nation. They are a symbol of unity among the various indian tribes, and even though they originally came form only a few indian tribes, it has also become a symbol of the idnians as native americas and an indigenous people.
According to the legend, dreams are messanges from sacred spirits. The hole in the middle of a dreamcatcher, as there is in the original dreamcatches, is there to let good dreams pass by and in to the sleeping person. Bad dreams however is caught in the net and dissepears in the morning light. The reasons good dreams are let throught is that they will bless the sleeping person with pleasant dreams, good luck and harmony thoutghtout their lives.
