Photosynthesis vs Respiration
Photosynthesis Process- 1) Light reactants use energy and water to make oxygen and turn ADP into ATP. This occurs in the thylakoid. 2)Calvin Cycle/ Dark Reactions uses Carbon dioxide and ATP to create sugar molecules (glucose).To the right is a video explaining photosynthesis in a catchy way.
Celluar Respiration Process-1)Glycosis- Uses glucose to create 2 pyruvic acids 2ATP molecules and electron carriers. 2) Krebs Cycle-Uses pyruvic acid to make carbon dioxide as well as recharge the ATP and electron carriers.3) Electron Transprt Chain(ETP)- Uses high energy electrons from krebs cycle and ATP.
