JR Motorsports scored its first win in the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 1, 2008. Owner Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s series mentor, veteran driver Mark Martin, was behind the wheel of the #5 Delphi Chevrolet. Lance McGrew served as Crew Chief.
