Coal and petroleum often contains sulfur compounds, so they generates sulfur dioxide.
What is Sulfur Dioxide ?
Sulfur Dioxide is a chemical compound with a formula SO2.
Harmful Effects !
Once Sulfur Dioxide, Sulfuic Acid and Nitrogen Acid are mix together, acid rain is formed.
It combines with moistures in nose and lungs and creates irritation.
Possible Solutions : - Do not burn too many coals. - Power Stations can build plants to remove sulfur dioxide from waste gases.
