Nutrition 101...
To reach a healthy weight you have to balance energy in and energy out. “Energy in” is the calories from the foods and beverages you have each day. “Energy out” is the calories you burn for basic body functions and physical activity. The key steps in nutrition is to choose balanced meals from all the food groups, watch serving sizes, and eat at proper times!
