This is a healthy alternativel and is busting with flavour and is very very filling.
1 SMALL ONION A BIG HANDFUL OF BREADCRUMBS 212g TIN SALMON 1 EGG SALT & PEPPER A LITTLE FLOUR LITTLE OIL LETTUCE, TOMATOES, ONION & MAYONNAISE BURGER BUNS SWEET BASIL PAPRIKA

BIG FRYING PAN FISH SLICE FORK
UTENSILS
1. FRY ONION IN OIL WITH BASIL AND PAPRIKA UNIL JUST COOKED. 2. MIX BREADCRUMBS, EGG, ONION MIXTURE, SALT &PAPPER AND FISH TOGETHER, THEN MAKE INTO PATTIES. 3. COOK PATTIES IN FRYING PAN UNTIL BROWN . 4. CUT BURGER BUNS IN HALF AND TOAST, THEN PUT ON FISH PATTIES WITH LETTUCE, TOMATOES & MAYONNASE.
