Stress is what the body goes through when being presented with a physical or mental challenge.
Teen Stress
Over 70% of teens say they experience stress at one time or another.
There are good and bad kinds of stress. Good stress can keep you alert and prepared, but bad stress could harm you physically and mentally.
The main sources of teen stress are academic, extra-curricular, and peer pressure.
Teens have just as much stress in their lives as adults, just different kinds.
