This house has a lot of historic value and a lot a sentimental value for the old family who lived here. Might need a little maintence but it could be a great house. Some floors and wall may need to be replaced it is a great house just needs some TLC. Great place to raise a family and teach them good family values. Great place for friends to come hang out the mansion has so much land that you could find anything to do. Good place to have gatherings or parties the mansion is really big with a great big lawn and no one to disturb.
FOR SALE In the fall it may look gloomy but in spring and fall it is colorful. With all the trees and the nice green grass and spring and summer flowers it has a beautiful yard. It has a huge estate and it is private so you could do anything you wanted great pasture for horse. If you like the peace and quiet this house would be perfect for you it is outside the town and no neighbors for awhile you are all by yourself. The lawn and the yard of the lot are just amazing now the house might just be as great.
Some stories of unfortunate events have been said to come threw this house. The old family was seemed to have a genetically transferred disease of TB. It is said the whole family died of this disease. There has also been stories of supernatural effects happen the stories show no harm done by them and a lot of people have found interest on getting the house for the supernatural things that happen.
