Contact Lenses:
a single curved lense that sits on each of your eyes. Its main use is to correct vision.
Contact lenses are able to correct vision because contact lenses correct the bending and focus of the light depending on whether you are near sighted or far sighted. This bending of light is called refraction.
Far sighted: Have a plus or a convex lense/curve. Near sighted: Have a minus or a concave lense/curve. Image produced: Upright, Same size, and Real
Types of Eyes:
Near sighted: Have longer eyeballs that prevent light from reaching the retina.
Far sighted: Have short eyeballs that keep the light too focused on the retina.
