Why must men lie to get what they want or to stay out of trouble? It’s not just some of the American men who lie, but men all over the world. It doesn’t matter what time or day it is, somewhere in the world a man is telling a lie to his partner. It’s unnecessary for them to lie just tell the truth and everything will be easier to handle. When theylie it makes things harder to handle and makes it harder for someone else or their partner to believe them. Men lie about different things for several of reasons. It can be to get a girl they like or what to use them. They could lie about cheating on their partner or it can be about the silliest things that wouldn’t be a big deal if they told the truth. Men also lie because most women don’t believe half the things men tell them because they, the women, believe it’s too easy for whatever the man is saying to her to be true. And they know if they tell the truth, their girlfriend/ wife will keep questioning them unlike lying once and they fall for it. Men also lie about cheating so they won’t get caught or because they know if they tell their partner the truth, their partner will most likely get mad. Men also lie for the sake of his family.Men lie about silly things so they won’t hurt their partners’ feeling. For example, a guy forgets his girlfriend’s/wife’s birthday. Instead of telling her that he forgot her birthday, he sits there and makes up a lie to get his partner to say it for her so she won’t know that he forgot. Another reason why guys lie is to get girls. They think females care about what he does for a living, how tall he is, how hot he is, how many girlfriends he had to prove that he is beyond hot, and etc. But then later in life the girl he is going to figure out that he lied to her and that’s going to make everything go downhill. The main focus in most relationships is men lying about cheating. That’s the number one problem in most relationships. Some men realize it and most don’t. But if they're going to cheat, and then lie about it, they better get their things packing because they just dug themselves a big hole. Especially if they got caught cheating. When a man is ready to leave/end a relationship, we probably won’t do it because he doesn’t want to hurt his partner's feelings. He might want to end it because either he isn’t satisfied in his relationship or they aren’t ready to make a commitment. Men believe that if they make love with multiple women, while in a relationship with another, they feel more powerful and their self-esteem becomes higher. A lack in communication can also lead to a man cheating on his spouse/girlfriend because he will either think that the spouse/girlfriend is cheating on him or is losing interest in him. If you are in a relationship like that it’s important to sit your partner down and talk to them about how you feel. Men might end up cheating by being drunk or a girl is forcing themselves on to him. A guy that the spouse/ girlfriend trust would somehow get away with in that situation. Others would sit there and go to work. If women have a man who is cheating, these are two things women can use to see if their man is cheating; .If he hardly spends time at home or with their partner and he comes home very late, that is an unusual time to you and comes home smelling like perfume. .If a man is cheating they can easily give themselves away by them all of a sudden being short-tempered. If a women questioned their man, and he “jumps up” asking her what she doing asking him all these questions, that she should hop, or the man saying “what are you sitting here for asking me all these questions I don’t need to explain myself to you, Thats a dead give away( Tyler Perry). But don’t just jump to conclusions, sit your partner down and trick him or get him to tell you the truth. Another way for women to see if their spouse is cheating on them is to find out what girl he is in an affair with and confront her. If she’s fair she will tell you the truth. Why do men lie about silly things, like saying “Hey I got you a birthday gift” then to find out that he didn’t. It’s not just men in a relationship who does it but it can be close male friends too. To tell if a man is telling a lie about the silliest things like how many packs he has or what he does for a living or etc, question him. Don’t question him to the point he feels uncomfortable. Just ask him 2 or 3 questions. Then the week after when you’re on another date or talking with the same man go back to a random question you asked the 1st time you two talked to him and see if you get the same answers(Tyler Perry). Men lying to get girls happen a lot and women don’t even know it. They could be lying about anything which connects back to men lying about silly things. Most men believe it’s important for them to have a girl and not be single. Men think that when they are with a woman that makes the powerful. But once a guy gets a girl most of them think it’s okay to think about other girls they seen or know. If a woman is with their man and they catch him looking at another girl, don't even say anything to him in public. Get home and confront him. If he tells you some next lie leave him. If you’re still wondering why men lie, how to catch them off guard, and how to get them to tell the truth, is to ask a good friend and or family member for help. Number one advice is to women, is to not jump to conclusions, because you could be wrong about him lying to you.
