Did you know?
Women didn't have rights the only thing they were good for way back then was to repopulate. African Americans got their rights before women did.Women were not allowed in the war. They were only in the war when their husbands were sick and they had to fill in. Back then the men didn't get to choose whether or not they were in war or not. Women helped around the home and tended to the children. Some women were nurses who tended to wounded soldiers.
